Shri Narendra B. Verma is currently the National General Secretary / Spokesperson / Incharge Media & IT of Nationalist Congress Party. He has scaled the heights of success by sheer hard work and unflinching dedication to the cause of fellow Indians.
He started his political career with the National Students Union of India (NSUI) - student wing of Indian National Congress. Here again by his dedication & hard work, he rose to become its Mumbai President on 30th June - 1988. He created history in Mumbai varsity elections of 1988 by orchestrating the defeat of the combined strength of Bhartiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS) - Student wing of Shiv Sena, led by Raj Thackeray and Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) - Student wing of BJP. He defeated them by grabbing 14 out of 16 seats and managing a clean sweep in spite of great odds.
